A Systematic Approach to FET

Sometimes an instructor might want to adopt a more systematic approach to look into the way he or she teaches. Maybe the instructor notices one or more aspects of his or her teaching that need improvement. Or he or she wants to acquire a comprehensive understanding of his or her way of teaching.

Below is an outline of the steps for a more systematic approach to FET. It is not necessary for you to follow all these steps when you use FET, and even if you do, the process does not necessarily require a lot of time and effort.
