GTA Briefing Session Fall 2018
Welcome to the Fall 2018 GTA Training Program!
GTA Briefing Sessions are organized for the participation of all new GTAs.
This is a half-day briefing session offered once only for the academic year. All new GTAs who have completed programs registration are expected to participate as it is the necessary first step to prepare for taking up teaching duties at HKUST. The briefing session aims for you to be familiarized with your GTA roles at HKUST, meet your departmental GTA peers, and understand the GTA Training Program details and requirements
- The GTA Briefing Sessions are set on 23 August.
- Full attendance is expected and students are not required to register for the sessions.
- Participating GTAs shall report for attendance at the venue (Lecture Theatre J) 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Two different sessions will be held for the participation of GTAs from different Schools.
