SFQ survey exercises
- For most courses, the SFQ survey exercises are normally conducted during week 11-13 of the term or two weeks before the end of the course examination.

Students can complete SFQs through one of the following means:

During the data collection period, students who have not completed all their SFQ surveys are reminded regularly through emails.

After the data have been collected, reports are generated and can be accessed online. Course instructors are given access to SFQ reports only AFTER they have submitted their final course grades.

A summary of the SFQ survey results is disseminated to all members of HKUST including students and staff through the website of SFQ Survey Results (http://sfq.ust.hk/results/)
