Intake Survey 2014 is launched

Background

In order for the University to provide you with a better UG education, the Student Affairs Office (SAO) and Center for Enhanced Learning and Teaching (CELT) jointly launch an annual Intake Survey to collect information about your background, special educational needs, pre-university education, goals and expectations of your university education. This is a compulsory event for all Healthy Lifestyle Course (HLTH1010) students. Upon successful completion of this survey, students will attain 1 attendance hour for the Intake Survey in the Wellness module. Students should have received the invitation email sent from HLTH1010 course office.

The regular survey period is CLOSED. If you have not completed the survey, please contact Healthy Lifestyle Course Office at hlstyle@ust.hk.
