"Caring for Students"

The tips I used were just very similar to many others:

• love the student and care for their feelings;
• stay close to them (be friends);
• prepare clear and good notes before the class explain clearly and concisely;
• think if you are one of the student;
• use real-life and interesting examples, tell stories;
• sometimes watch closely their feedback;
• use pauses and Q/A to regain their attention and make sure they learn...
