In this workshop, it has been divided into two parts. In the first part, Mr Yejun  ZHU shared his experience in working as an effective TA at UST. He also discussed about how to get prepared for courses you are not familiar with, how to explain the contents in simple words and smooth logical order so that the students can follow and how to communicate effectively with students.

The second part was conducted in a departmental specific way. TACs from various departments were invited and shared with their fellow TAs. Participants has been divided into groups and met with the TACs from their departments/ schools.
