In this series of seminars, Prof Qiang Yang (author of the book “Crafting Your Research Future: A Guide to Successful Master's and Ph.D. Degrees in Science & Engineering”) shared and discussed some essential skills to be a successful young researcher.  In specific, Prof Yang has also discussed how to explore and identify good ideas for research, how to conduct solid research to verify such good ideas and how to formulate the ideas into high-quality articles to be published in journals and conferences.
