In the other session, some of the UG students’ characteristics including demographics, background and study habits has been introduced. The diversity of HKUST’s student body and teaching for diversity will also be touched upon. In the last session, a distinguished teaching award winner and an early career faculty has shared their teaching practices and some advice are given on how to make learning happen productively in this university’s context.
