Writing Thesis Introductions

In this workshop, the speakers showed students how to write effective thesis introductions. It included discussion on the role that introductions play in the framework of theses. The structure of introductions was examined and broken down to its key components. The purpose of each component was considered and effective methods for writing them was explored. Also students has be introduced to computer-based language tools that can help them write their theses.
