The iQlickers™ is a Personal Response System which was developed to remedy the situation of passive response rate of students especially in large classes. With the system, students can efficiently send in their personal responses anonymously via their mobile phones and iQlickers™ will carry out a real time analysis and display the statistics of their answers or opinions. It can further stimulate discussions and interactions among students.

In this seminar, the speakers outlined their iQlickers™ project and explained to the audience how this eLearning endeavour helped them to achieve the aim of Outcomes-based Teaching and Learning (OBTL) by creating a learner-centred environment.
